100% Wrong in the case of Tautachrome. David LaMountain at around 8 PM this evening talked about that very subject. Not only did he reinforce what he said earlier about there being NO RS as is posted in the IBOX but he went further than that by way of explanation when asked about the matter.

David said the following:

A simple answer is no reverse split. And a simple question is why? Tautachrome now and in the near term is a penny stock.. we are still a start up, developing an awesome product, requiring funding, issuing shares, (quite literally the purpose of the capital markets) and advancing along at an incredible pace. Should we reverse split for satisfactions sake? So we can trade higher? Why? Why not let this take its course. Get ARknet rolling generating revenue, become profitable, and purchase shares back - shares on the open market like a solid company should. Let me pose to you all, a theoretical question.. let's pretend it's 2005 and Tautachrome has this infant Facebook platform and decided to take the public route instead of the private to IPO route.. at what point would big Wallstreet notice and what would happen when they did? Even if they had 3.4B shares outstanding.

Facts is what's important and if anyone would like too, they can find what he said that is quoted here on the KlickZie ARknet Founders Group Board.

Thanks $TTCM for thinking about your shareholders.
