Just more "blah, blah, blah" from a guy that can't seem to open a simple coffee shop. THAT'S what Lovatt needs to update shareholders on. Is there still a coffee shop to be opened or was all the money spent on it wasted?
As to the acquisition, the revenue is just a small portion of what shareholders need to know about the company. Is it profitable? If not, how much debt does it have?
Lovatt is following an OTC pinky script with this ticker. Make great announcement of what the "emerging leader in it's field" is going to do and then either not do it or have shareholders find out the reality is nothing like the hype.
