Additionally, defamation is not illegal, technically. And in its written form it's called libel.
BTW, I was making a bit of a comparative analogy, and notice I said "if someone" not referring directly to a particular person or thing. The management of this company need to run a tighter ship if it's to stay afloat. A share buyback would go a long way vice an RS. And they are the ones that added approx 6B more share to the A/S in JAN19. Why?? So that begs the question, why would they do a buyback if the authorized those shares?
