Diamond, MVIS board voted to have the right to do a reverse split of their stock as early as May 19th.

Do they have to do it? No

Can they do it then? Yes

You telling the board that they have until November is a moot point. Most companies getting ready for a sale would shore up their share count and financials heading into the sale of their company.

Is a reverse split likely? Yes
