None of that will happen,if Hartman was really going to cancel the increase and RS ,like he said he was doing a couple weeks ago then he would have filed the amendment by now. But he hasn’t because he has no plans to actually cancel them.

New investors in BIEI will learn the hardest that Hartman is a word smith.Amazing what you can PR if you include the safe harbour at the bottom of the PR.
