If there is some type of alliance with Total, "prosperous" is the wrong word to use to describe it. However long such an alliance has been in place, it has added absolutely no value to erhc as its share price remains below 1/10 of a penny for over 3 years and counting.

And therefor it will NEVER happen.

I agree with that logic. Sheer common sense. Does not matter if Total some day will start drilling... even find oil!

Once again, I think we are confusing prosperity of the company vs. movement with the share price.

The stock market may rally...but that doesn't mean the underlying economy is not in a recession...

Likewise, ERHC's stock may languish due to no communication from the company other than the 400 pages...but that doesn't mean the company is not prosperous. Clearly...the company has been prosperous in its litigation, for example...and also due to its alliance with Total.
