I'm working in the air cargo industry. Capacity out of China/Hong Kong is limited. All passenger aircraft are nearly out and China started exporting again, hence everywhere you have backlog. On top, due to the Corona crisis, half of the world discovered on line shopping while being at home.

In addition all facemasks suppliors need their goods checked as some companies started producing poor quality and gave China a bad reputation. This rule (rule 53) kicked in a month ago.
