I read it the same way! Guess they could have come out after the meeting and the bell on Monday and stated the board has met and we are announcing a spin off of our restaurant and food business! They PR'd that the board of the Country Club voted unanimously to sell and got bashed for that. Next announcement there will be we have closed the deal for the CC.
It sounds in reading yesterdays PR that their PR from November 2 was bearing fruit and should be finalized on Monday.
