Here's an update:
After it moved into CCAA, restructuring, reorganizing, refinancing, selling the company, etc., failed when the SISP didn't get a single bid. From there it moved into a liquidation of the company's assets, which succeeded at a price of $4.34M. After the asset sale, the remaining inventory, tools, parts were sold, the AR collected, the bills paid, leaving a total of $5.2M to pay towards the secured debt of $40M. The company is now a dead, empty, cashless, debt ridden shell, zero employees, and its corporate charter was just revoked by the state of Delaware. The CUSIP was suspended and the ticker deleted, so the stock will never trade again. "Investors" have lost 100% of their investment in this stock.
