This is a trick question. There are no missing docs in an organized bankruptcy in a publicly traded company, at least, no missing documents with material information reasonably expected to have an impact on the share price.
Schedule Recital "F" is the letter from Deepak Dugar of Visolis offering a total UPFRONT purchase price of USD $4.34 million. If USD$4.34 million is the total consideration shouldn't it form the entire offer; or the offer. Sort of odd they say it's forming PART hereof (the "Offer") and PART hereof (the "Notice of Acceptance").
