The only complaint I have heard regarding Seaport Meats parking lot is not the parking, but rather delivery and semi-truck drivers having difficulty backing into the loading docks.
I could be mistaken but there is a BBQ joint "store-front" on the same building. They moved locations at one point and I believe they are back now.
In reality, it would be optimal to gain new structure in the area for additional storage and product handling.
From my point of view and shipping experience, 2 docks work just fine, a 45000 lb capacity van trailer can be loaded or unloaded in about 15 to 20 minutes via forklift , the parking lot looks tight but is not really an issue for any skilled truck driver
