There is something up with this ticker and TA.

If TA is difficult or there is some shady stuff going in there could Emergent just walk away from it? Or is this stuff usually worked out in a positive fashion? Like why subpoena? Is that protocol? Or are they being difficult? Do custodians just walk away from shells when the TA is a problem?
