Yep! They are used to chasing pumps and getting diluted and dumped on by crooked CEOs with no skin (shares) in their own companies. With CAVR management and insiders owning the majority of common shares, they will be motivated to increase shareholder value and only close on deals that have good, non-toxic terms, imo.
