How is ABMC going to take orders if the mailbox is constantly full of people requesting the CEO to put out an update with the company's current ability to meet the demand for products like theirs?

The CEO would have to address shareholders concerns or lose potential clients/sales...

Well let’s hope that premature statement CEO made was in relation to that 1M kit order. Time will tell ... no rush .. still can’t goto work ..
