I believe that is what the O/S was after the R/S that took place like 10 months ago.

Below is a screen shot from OTC Markets page showing the current share structure and and also showing that it was verified by there un-gagged transfer agent on April 27, 2020 not even 2 weeks ago.
Notice the market cap. It was from yesterday when she closed @ .07. It shows she had a $472,265 market cap yesterday @ a .07 share price. Today she closed at @ .0475 making the market cap much lower. Prob around $300k.
A market cap of like $300k on a company that only has 6,727,711 shares in there whole O/S is very explosive to say the least. Just add news and gains come quick. Everyone saw how quick the gains came with out news. I can't wait to see what she can do when news comes. She could get a 1 million, 2 million, or even a 5 million market cap once the news starts hitting. (Remember new CEO has not said a word yet since him and his new board was appointed like 5 months ago. Lots of new fillings hitting though)
Think of what the price would be with a $5 million market cap when now @ .0475 the market cap is around $300k. They let this one get wound way too tight for gains not to come from these levels. We just need the company to speak now. Google the new CEO's name. Gerry Czarnecki It's all very impressive. I think there setting this up for a big merger.
.27 will be nothing once the news starts flowing. .27 just came in 2 days from a penny with no news. No nothing. With the company still having a stop sing no less.
