Glancy Prongay: Only they call themselves a "leading firm." Multiple offices across the country but only 40 lawyers on staff. Major firms field about 500. 4 offices, 40 lawyers against the alphabet? That's a lot of investigations, most of which have been dead in the water for some time. NEXT.

Frank Cruz: 1 lawyer. He'll get to CYDY one day. His office is located between a parking garage and a salad bar. Why you ask, because it's mall. The man is literally Lionel Hutz from the Simpons. The way this man works is by joining other suits in hopes a larger firm with resources does the footwork and files motions to join.

Federman & Sherwood. A firm of 13 lawyers operating out of a vacant lot. They can't even afford to have the vacant lot watered. The last successful case they were apart of was when Illumina another Biotech failed to state declining financials. As it's been banged on many times on this board before CYDY always states it has no revenues is public with it's balance sheet. It should also be noted that the companies recovered from previously were all listed on the exchanges. He has not successfully taken on an OTC listed company. Probably because the burden is way to high and the risks assumed by OTC investors would constantly be slapped across his face by opposing council.

Holzer and Holzer: 2 man family firm. The office number goes straight to a voice mail, a previously noted one is a drunk. Their last successful action appears to be 2016. Holzer and Holzer attempted a frivolous lawsuit against EA over Battlefield 4 over launch bugs What is interesting is they at that time had a third partner who has since parted ways under murky reasons. Hilariously they tried and failed when suing THQ another game developer that your 13 year old cousin have won a court case over. But that led me to looking at their cases, seems their "winning streak" ground to a halt with the departure of Fistel.

It looks like most of these firms are counting on the other to do the leg work. Holzer and Holzer appear to be sloppy and I'm not worried about a firm of 13 lawyers operating out of a vacant lot.

Justdf, with so many law firms going after cytodyn what should I do? What will happen to Cytodyn? Does Cytodyn have enough money to go through this? I heard a lot stock holders have warrants, maybe everyone should exercise the warrant (as much as they can afford) and help out the cash situation.
