The price reflects the markets sentiment of UATG. It also reflects how much it believes in Alex, when every PR does either 1) nothing for the stock, and zero volume, or 2) it goes down.

Only a few hundred thousand shares ever trade to tick it positive. When there is 5 million in volume, most are sells with a few small trades to move it back up.

Wouldn't surprise me if its people here throwing a few dollars at it to make their portfolio look better.

yes it was a serious question. Your post seemed to imply that UATG would have value if someone could show a company, related to Alex Umbra, was current in a state filing. I strongly disagree.

IMO that would not show or imply value.

Hence my comments about a reality check ie share price less than 1/10 of a penny, not current etc. The reality is Alex Umbra is most likely not even meaningfully working on UATG, JMO
