Umm... for the lawyers present, just hypothetically: If, say, someone made an utterly fraudulent court filing, one not only rife with falsehoods, but actually ostensibly submitted by a person who does not, in fact, exist, just how big a crime is that?
Is it only perjury? Or is there some special category of perjury for such a submission?
