The shares per SEC rules cannot be touched for 6 to 12 months. The millions of shares at issue is nada, NOTHING that this ticker can't absorb. The average volume every day here is millions.
Whose to say they will want to immediately sell anyway. What isn't fantasy land is management taking care of business and this is a prime example of just that. It's done and the facts will come out that are public record which will show exactly what happened!
What the company has demonstrated here loud and clear is a serious sense of responsibility to its shareholders. It didn't back down but saw the issue through to its conclusion.
The platform is anything BUT useless and many are using it now who can attest to that. It's getting better all the time.
