And the preferred shares issued to Sami are locked for 2 years not one so any of the preferred shares to family are locked for another year and Sami's not convertible till 2022

Adjusted that is what has kept me around that they are not diluting if I saw any signs of that,I would be long gone. Lets hope that who ever said the 15th because of the best is right
