CYDY is not anywhere near uplisting.
First hurdle is money - they have money to run the co for possibly one quarter.
So while they have very good product they need some good partner to show they can survive long term and have decent funding arrangement - till that time it is OTC only

Nope, it would be through the roof by now. I think Nasdaq lists all otcbb stocks as Nasdaq
