This is my DIRV story if anyone wants to hear it... Yes I did find this amazing set up a few months ago and when I got here the board was pretty dead. Just a few left overs from the R/S that took place like 10 months ago. No new interest or new traders but me here till this week.

When I first spotted her she was @ .02 on her way down from .60 cents about 8 months after the 500 for 1 R/S. I noticed the T/A was not gagged and the share structure had around a 5 million O/S and there market cap was like $100k at the time. At that point I did not buy. The chart looked scary being they had a 52wk high of $3 dollars and it was now at .02 not even a year later. So I waited, watched, and did DD as she kept coming down. Once she got close to a penny I could not resit being the company was current with OTC markets and there market cap at that point was only $50k with a new CEO and all new board members. I knew she was wound real tight and was going to pop big at some point no matter if it was a scam or not. Made no difference at that point. She was spring loaded either way
My opinion of why she dropped so fast from 60 cents to a penny was that the old CEO was a scammer and was still in control for 5 months after the R/S. He dumped like 3 million shares never putting out news to create hype for any dumping. There was no BID support at all. She came down quick on low volume being she had a tiny float and no BID support. It got me very excited when I figured out why the price dropped so fast. I knew she was light enough still where she was going to bounce big from the penny she was at. I just figured it would be after the the new CEO spoke for the first time. Not before like what happened.
About 5 months after the R/S DIRV got a new CEO that is very well respected. This is his Linkedin page. https://www.linkedin.com/in/theczar/ . They also got all new board members. Everyone on the board is new. Not one word from any of them yet. We know there still working on stuff being a few months ago change of ownership fillings starting hitting. The last one was just a week ago.
Everything was happening under the radar and did not affect the share price in any way. No one was seeing any of it even though I was posting links to it all. She stayed around a penny for months as I loaded. I would throw a few posts out a day with DD letting everyone know what a great setup it was as I was loading but no one listened and let me buy most of the shares that were available. Shares were a bit tight and took some time to load with out the price going up to much. Loading the BID was next to impossible. You would get tiny fills not even worth the broker fees.
I knew they let her get wound too tight where no matter what they did she was going to pop big. I wanted everyone to profit being it was so clear how good of a set up it was. Not too many at all believed me and I created no hype at all from any of my posts. Easy to see this by reading my posts. I posted a lot of DD with documentation backing it up and none of it was believed being everyone just got burnt so bad by the 500 for 1 R/S and then the old CEO dumping a few shares and staying silent the whole time he was doing it taking all the value out of the ticker but keeping the O/S micro and the market cap tiny. Traders here were all calling the trips as I was calling silver. I was not making my judgment from emotions. I was making them from experience and real DD. The set up at the time was amazing and still is today. Not as amazing as it was from a penny but still amazing from these levels with less then a $500k market cap and a micro float with a whole new beginning about to start..

It was all about the set up for me. I'm not even sure what this company dose and I can care less. I look for the good set ups and buy them before everyone else finds them. It was never a pump for me. I still believe this company is about to fire up. There is a lot of DD proving this. If I did not believe it I would have sold my whole position in the 20's.
I think a name change and a whole new direction is coming. My belief is a whole new story is about to begin here. We are just a bit early to hear it yet but good DD will allow anyone to see it..
I believe this is what got the share price running Wednesday. It was noting else but this big bid that was there all day. A few sells into it and it did not get pulled so we know it was real.
After the price started running this showed up at .0160.
Then this big BID showed up at .065.
There was another big BID at .0999 but I do not have a L2 screen shot of that one. Was too busy with other plays.
Someone was loading big and I do not think they are done loading yet.
Once company comes current again and the new CEO speaks for the first time she will break the 27 cents she hit today. I have no doubt about it with this micro float. I wish everyone luck that's playing her and I still have a great feeling about her. I'm holding the rest of my shares strong for news unless she bounces into the 30's with out news. Then of course I will sell some more.. I'm here for the gains just like everyone else.
