the only query for me, maybe discomfort, is that it took so
damn long for this kind of testing to be done

so that all the previous testing looks to have been so
inadequate..but with Kinder Morgan it was the lightest oil
i think

so maybe it's just a question of up-scaling it all to the
thickest crude on the biggest pipeline..

patience and respect for the engineers
