OF COURSE ITS ALL A LOAD OF PURE NONSENSE.

All of the OTC P&Ds are scams, attempting to play on traders non-understanding of the short issue in an attempt to make them believe that something is happening that is in fact not.

THE GOOD THING IS - traders still have common sense at their disposal to read both sides and decide which is true and which is garbage.
