What I hate=Assholes that use the words "non binding" when making offers. He made an effort to put it in there. Seen it before many times, last one was srne Granted the guy would look like a jerk if it does not go through. Does not help the longs Legally all it is a an offer to negotiate. Maybe this guy is a nice guy and sincere. I hope he knows how many people he is messing with if he is playing games.
