The timing of the Yourist/BudTrader reverse acquisition could not have come at a better time. Look at what High Times is going to fetch based upon the market valuation, sales and they have net operating losses. Valuation will be in the nine figures.
BudTrader has a more profitable business model, more like FB, Twitter and Craigslist based upon value per user and advertising $. This has some serious upside from here imo.
