this is only an assumption but I'm guessing management is aware of the requirements and would provide share holders with updates that would help push prices higher before they get delisted

I believe a phenomenal bounce will occur very soon.unfortunately it most likely won't be a result of the company releasing a P.R. stating that sometime in the near future we are going release a P.R. with the intentions of intending to do something......or anything.I am expecting the P.P.S to bounce very close to ten cents (.10) right after reverse split #2 is in effect.everyone that keeps hitting that ask will have the privilege of seeing his/her money flat out disappear.but HEY,they will remain OTCQB! *GLTA*
