Thanks Brian, does beg the question, How does a company out of business Oct 2nd negotiate contract months later?

(To admin, Nate Anderson is not on the board, but he is a big short who put out the news that PRED is being sued yesterday. But how could pred be sued by a company that did not exist when the contract was entered into.)
