They are aware of Know. My nephew is an engineer at Dexcom. Also, my brother is an engineer at Medtronics. Both companies are aware but neither are taking KNWN seriously as far as my understanding is. Just my opinion. I do not have any direct knowledge of either companies concern. I only know for sure they are aware of Knowlabs. My brother and Nephew have said as much, but of course they each will offer no more to me.

I believe that Phil mentioned in the biopub video from last fall that they have some sort of a poison pill to try to discourage a buyout. I forget the details of that plan, but they are thinking about this.
