I think they are still working on the legalities part of the exporting/importing aspects because the PR stated “The JV is working diligently with its legal team to finalize United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) import permits allowing free clearance through US customs and border patrol.”

Hopefully there are no delays or hiccups that prevent this from happening .
