The 8K was signed By Doki as CEO of Shemn Corp.

This spurred great speculation and DD into SHNC and ultimately VSBC.
Since it was confirmed as an error we have determined no connection between Doki and VitaSpring Biomedical. Other than they both use Scott Kline.
