If they get it, two things happen:

1. no warrants anymore means that the SP is free to flyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

2. Another $8 million means that Doc Hayward doesn't have to dilute any time soon. Of course if we're at $20 tomorrow and he doesn't, I'm going to be seriously pissed off. He has to take advantage if the SP goes bonkers. We'd never have another raise again all the way through profitability!
