From what I understand, it has to do with the S-1. While its not his responsibility to let us know whats involved in an S-1, it would have been a nice addition to mention in the S-1 PR that updates and communication would be limited during the process.
That's ok if Mexico jumped ship like all the part time sales folks and those we just read about in PR's. As long as sleek updates us on the bid repopulation all is well. Mexico never existed, he is Keyser Soze.
