Non believing something is not the same as false narrative.
False narrative is that we are waiting on an already existing certification before anything can happen.
False narrative is Milton stating that the secured mobile application and email applications were going to be done in summer of 2019. Thought that's why Milton outsourced all the development to India so that it could be done on time. Not a whole year later.
