This seems to indicate that Arrayit although not required, but encouraged, to obtain EUA did apply for EUA.

As of this date, our CLIA laboratory had notified the FDA that it had validated, and is now offering, their COVID-19 test under the FDA’s guidelines, “Policy for Diagnostic Tests for Coronavirus Disease 2019.” Our laboratory is now offering this test while we await an official EUA status letter from the FDA. Our COVID-19 test measures IgG reactions to 12 epitomes (proteins) that are specific to COVID-19.

Thank you! I feel terrific! Life is good my brother! I am not fully invested in Mark. It's more like crumbs on the outskirts of my portfolio. I still find the whole scenario interesting, and I honestly learned a lot more than I wanted to about the OTC grey markets. Mark's demise is classic addict Behavior in my mind. Or he's clever by Design. Makes no difference to me. I actually hope he is well. But don't think he has the fight in him to achieve the success that was once depicted n a letter to shareholders eons ago.
