I dont believe they are going to reverse from zero bid, that would have happened over a year ago when they actually had a split approved but let expire.
If a reverse is initiated at a much higher price point it could be a pull back opportunity in a new trend. The last 2 8K's share lock-up period and the bigger notification that CD wants to clear debt for shares hints at a more positive outlook after December.
