If you go back further I believe that was always the plan; to switch over from 17 (?) Different lenders and consolidate down to just 3. So that part makes sense.
The part I'm confused about is what the 90 day lock down applies to? Maybe it was to the original lenders and not the 3 new ones? Not sure.
