Boo hoo, Sami got sued and had to pay some of his $60M windfall to the saudi's who were dumb and sold their share for less.

Does Sami have control of the company? No. Does he have a great track record of selling companies to large billion dollar corporations? Yes

Does Sami work with some very prominent people in the industry? Yes

So we have all seen it and we don't care anymore than I care that Elon settled fraud charges with the SEC

Stock up 100% in a couple weeks and has hit 2 new high closes over the past 3 months after this great news made the rounds

I'd argue a case filed in 2015 is the past and people get sued all the time when doing big business, case was a civil matter.
