I agree...tons of confusion in the early stages but the TA seems to be on top of it at this point imo

I did like seeing that as of May 5th Puritan had no remaining shares...I took it as one note holder down

I agree with you. This confusion was in April and we have been getting current information since. One thing to note: I wonder if that 173 mil number that was discussed the the 13G wasnt an arbitrary number, but the max amount of shares to satisfy the outstanding notes? That being said, we may have closed out any/all notes yesterday (or this morning) based on the 165 million O/S report from yesterday morning.
