Jones had a streaming Co (high school sporting events) that merged into BTHR back in 2019. But if you read the recent press releases of BTHR they state that they are expanding into different venues. I think that when Covid-19 hit this country the demand for streaming live events exploded because people will be avoiding crowds indefinitely. So Jones saw this growth opportunity and decided to separate a part the streaming business and move it into a shell. Just my two cents. IMO
