#79191 RE: HFM2 #79186

These are already estimated to be the future issues:
production delays due to lack of workers ill due to COVID
shipping delays
lack of raw materials due to rare earth parts used in the device
Only 2 staff in korea both of whom smoke pot on job so nothing gets done.
and
the first devices absolutely cannot be produced before September 2020 because it was mentioned in a March PR.

That Dr. Max is a paid lackey?

Nope. He's fine. All he actually said was ' A diabetes company claims to have ... ' which is perfectly true. It's not him that's lying. He adds the word 'hopes' and the caveat 'if successful' for good measure. Its perfectly true that DECN and Keith Berman 'claim' all of those things, as reported. Its also perfectly true that those claims were false, as the SEC have concluded, which is why the DECN shares were suspended.

That CBS is in cahoots with Berman?

Nope. CBS are good. See above. If the Queen of England 'claims' to be mermaid, that would be newsworthy. It would not, however, be true. I would not have a problem then reporting that the Queen of England 'claimed' to be a mermaid, had she done so.
And DECN most certainly did make outrageous and unsubstantiated claims about its ability to diagnose Covid 19.

That the tests, even if the data comes back rock solid, still will not work?

What data? Haven't seen any from DECN yet! I'm pretty sure I know the reason why, but... perhaps its hard to find, like the Roche clinical data, or the Abbot clinical data (see my earlier posts!)

That even if it is all true

But it isn't, is it?

Berman is still a liar

That is self evident. The SEC intimated as much.

and a "Bozo"?

I have never called him a Bozo personally.
But a liar and a chancer? That much definitely sticks.

None of the above!

Did Dr. Max Gomez do any DD to vet featured company DECN? Hell no he didn't! A company that has been suspended by the SEC, based on questionable statements about its coronavirus business, would NEVER be interviewed on CBS-NY! Some variety of a tap-dancing "retraction" by CBS-NY could prove interesting!

There is no way CBS-NY wants to be perceived as thumbing its nose at the SEC! Keep in mind where the financial center of the world is located!
