You're a smart guy. I'm sure you can figure out that this has been severally sold off and has a market cap that is completely out of the ball park for an emerging cyber security company. You gonna tell me that DataExpress is only worth a few sheckles and that they signed up for this 7 months ago knowing this stock was about to go under?
There is 1 step remaining before this flips on its head IMO. Structure the share structure the exact way JR wants it and then it's game on. Take out the debts you guys keep pointing to and what else are you gonna say? 5 million dollars of toxic debt in the cyber security world is peanuts!! BigID got 100 million dollars for crying out load. Yes I understand you guys don't think much of Jason or his products, but he may very well have the last laugh.
