It's definitely no fun seeing the share price take a short term hit, but I can't blame insiders for wanting a bigger piece of the pie. If they can do it legally, more power to them. They are obviously willing to do it at the cost of killing the short term share price and turning away very short term minded traders. Therefore, IMO, they know the have a gold mine in Ifenprodil.

Someone also made mention that Mackie probably wanted them to amend the deal and Algernon was obviously willing to play ball.

Another million in cash to fund trials? Sure no problem. From management perspective could not hurt to have more cash on hand to get us to the finish line and Mackie clearly wanted a bigger slice of the pie.
