Guessing he does not need to do that right now as all will be changing soon with a consolidation of companies , name change and funding update. We could be trading way higher. Risk/reward. It’s a gamble and past history is not great, but I can’t help but love those patents and think they have something special now that is highly relevant. I know many companies are getting investigated by the SEC for Covid claims , but I think they are okay with what they state . Holding patiently for the next 3 weeks to see what news we get
