On various dates through January 31, 2020, the outstanding principal and accrued interest was converted into an aggregate of 81,623,171 shares of the Company’s common stock at an average conversion price of $0.009527, resulting in the recognition of a loss on convertible note payable settlement of $368,456. At January 31, 2020, 66,525,117 shares, valued at $465,675, are to be issued.

You know how good this indicator is? It threw J-V into a short circuit and caused him to dump every piece of FUD he has ever written on VRUS in his response post to you!! That's funny. Nice try on the cover-up, but we know this indicator is GOLDEN and shows a real company of real growth. One that makes things and ships them out and move stuff around. Business! VRUS is legit and always has been JV!!
