Managements gifts themselves shares regularly. Basically to control the scam.

Gifts themselves shares pre RS, keeps their count up.

Also gifts shares to their personal shell companies they have attached to this public traded company. One director is even allowed to trade his gifted shares however he wants.......

Its a scam. Run.
