I have a theory that seems to prove correct time and time again, don't own too much stock in a company that has a stadium named after it.
BTW, as a disclaimer, I do currently own 4,132.028 shares of T.

Im very happy Im not in the rental business anymore, especially NOW!!!
People can "not pay their rent" and its socially, and otherwise difficult to evict them, and, even if you do, who are you going to rent it to??
