Wow, unbelievable. Gifa refuses to produce financials, and for good reason, there is nothing beneficial for them or the shareholders if Gifa were to produce them. The stock would plummet even father into sub penny than before.

It's very obvious.

The rank of fake websites and fake services that Gifa was touting was absolutely appalling. Finally they were forced to take them ALL DOWN. They don't even have a working home website anymore.

This "company" is pathetic. Kisa is a liar. Period. End of story.

Why Gifa is taking reverse merger process instead of IPO is simple.THEY DON’T NEED ADDITIONAL CAPITAL.THEY HAVE A LOT OF MONEY.

The last Pr says they are in dire straights. They can’t afford to pay their accountant! There are MANY employees that haven’t been paid in months and quit.
