In order to keep the dream alive you cannot commit to a date. So no one will give one. Nor any kind of details about the proposed transaction. Nor any proof whatsoever than anyone is working on it, for or on behalf of the company.
There is no set date for an announcment or payout or really much of anything. Bioamber will have no obligations to the class action shareholders after may 20th, allowing for ultimate shareholders to get what's coming to us, (Or not coming to us for sake of response from the negative side).
