If scenario one were to magically occur, it will result in a brutal r/s.....he won't let legacy shareholders become 'millionaires', as most of the Kool Aid Sheeple think will happen lol.

IF GRN Funds sells more than a couple million shares, they would no longer own the company. They only have a few million share buffer before they lose majority. Kinda defeats the purpose of buying the shell in the first place. I find that not plausible. Especially since JC is no longer the CEO there.

That leaves the obvious. They're legit. The reverse merger is and always has been the the objective.

The second option isn’t possible. Reg 144 would only allow 1% of the OS to be sold per quarter, taking over 10 years to exit. His control of the company is in commons so that would also not work as he would lose control.

Only scenario 1 is reality

No possibility for #1.

"Two scenarios:

One: He's actually legit
He beats the suit and finally gets the companies out of the shell.
PPS goes berzerk and everyone gets their windfall."

Those doing real DD and have seen hundreds of OTCM scams know that Costello breached the CANN contract - then he and Hawkins lied about about FinCEN had frozen the CANN Funds - obviously the Judge didn't believe Costello and he was hiding from service and granted a CANN a ex parte TRO - which is very unusual.

There aren't any companies in the shell - GRNF is still a empty shell.

Costello treats investors like mushrooms - he keeps them in the dark and feeds them BS.
